Bloxrooms Beginner Checklist
Tick these before you sprint into a still-life lamp.
A one-page session list. The prose versions live in getting started, controls, and levels. Use the loadout planner only after box 8.
Before you press Play
- URL is
roblox.com/games/127943464865693/Bloxrooms - Creator line says Bloxrooms Corporation, not a Blackrooms group
- You favorited the experience and optionally joined the group (community)
- You are not about to paste a Blackrooms code (codes)
- Graphics are low enough that yellow wallpaper will not bloom to white
First two minutes in-server
- Welcome badge logic: you are in the right place if the title matches
- Find flashlight on the hotbar and toggle it (controls)
- Tap sprint for one second; watch the stamina bar
- Look for a landmark: indoor street, red lamp room, repeating logo wall
- If entities are already raining from the sky, you joined a Troll Panel lobby — leave
First landmark
- Flashlight tap into corners, not a constant beam
- Scout still lifes from the door; do not sit in the chairs (survive entities)
- Chalk the doorway if you own chalk (gear)
- Sweep edges for artifacts (find artifacts)
- If Entity Alert exists on your HUD and fires, back off
First cash decision
- Convert artifacts in a safe spot (get cash)
- Buy light or stamina, not Troll Panel
- Ignore “S tier weapons” thumbnails
- Check gamepass tiers only if you will spend Robux
First hour goals (pick one)
- Survivor-style clean session (live, chalk, leave on your feet)
- One artifact converted
- One landmark mapped well enough to find it after a rejoin
- Not Fully Geared. That is not an hour badge (badges)
Optional social
- Do not trowel-gate the street
- Do not demand Compass from a developer if Meet A Developer pops
- Screenshot a bug with place ID before you rage in Discord
After you die or rejoin
- Confirm passes still on the character
- Do not assume ground loot persisted
- Change servers if the last one was a spawn-entity circus
- Read beta changelog only if the shop looks different than this wiki
Tick the list once, then stop reading wikis in the hallway. The still life will not wait.
Why the list is picky about the URL
Most failed first sessions are the wrong game. Blackrooms will give you Tapes and a scientist fantasy. A clone titled “The Bloxrooms [NOW!]” will give you a different HUD. If Welcome does not make sense with the title on screen, stop ticking boxes and leave.
The Troll Panel leave-rule is also picky on purpose. You cannot checklist your way through spawned hunts. Rejoin is a tool. Use it the way you would use chalk: early, without ego. Then resume at “First two minutes.”
Print nothing. Glance once. The point of a checklist is to keep the wiki out of your hotbar.
If a box feels too strict, it is because the first hour is where people waste the beta. You can ignore optional social boxes. You cannot ignore the place ID box. After you have three clean sessions, graduate to the loadout planner and stop living on a checklist.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for Bloxrooms explorers.
Do I need every box?
The Play-button boxes are mandatory. Social boxes are manners. Fully Geared is not a first-hour box.
What if I have no chalk?
Skip mark boxes and use memory plus screenshots. Chalk is still the first cheap quality-of-life buy.
Can I use this on mobile?
Yes. Flashlight and sprint still exist. Settings will differ. Controls.
Where next after a perfect checklist?
Find artifacts or the loadout planner if you will spend.
