How to Survive Bloxrooms Entities
They do not follow the rules of the games these rooms are misremembering.
The official Bloxrooms description says entities “don’t follow the rules you think you know” and tells you to “survive entities and scout still lifes.” That split is the whole guide. One of those things you scout. The other hunts. Mixing them up is how you turn a still-life photograph into a chase.
This page does not invent entity names. The live game has not published a bestiary. We rank threat using passes, badges, and that official sentence. For a compact ranking see the entity threat list. For movement, see controls.
Still lifes are not automatically enemies
“Scout still lifes” is first-party language. In art, a still life is a staged cluster of objects. In Backrooms internet lore, Still Lifes are failed copies of people. Bloxrooms has not confirmed which definition it shipped. What we can say from the store and media:
- Thumbnails show posed blocky figures in a red room around a checkered lamp, a yellow body in a broken memory collage, and a figure leaning on wallpaper under repeating BLOXROOMS signs.
- You are told to scout them, the same way you hunt artifacts: look, note, maybe photograph, do not assume a melee minigame.
- Entity Alert is a separate product from anything named still life. That suggests the hunt AI and the exhibits are not one slider.
Approach a cluster the way you would approach a trap in levels: flashlight tap, listen, chalk the doorway, do not sprint into the lamp. If it never moves, it is a landmark. If it twitches, you are in a hunt.
What the hunt tools imply
Entity Alert “alerts you when entities are nearby.” The pass went off individual sale and into Gear+. Buy it if you die to things you never saw. It will not teach you the counter; it only buys reaction time.
Troll Panel can spawn entities. That confirms they are objects in the live session, not cutscene-only. In a 30-player public server, a troll can spawn a hunt on your artifact route. If the room suddenly fills with extra bodies, leave the corridor. Do not assume the studio just patched a new roaming AI.
First Blood is a badge with a low award rate versus Welcome. Something in Bloxrooms counts as a kill. It might be an entity, a player, or both. Do not build a PvP main around that unknown. Survival is the design pillar: Survivor sits on a large majority of Welcome awards, Fully Geared does not.
Practical survival loop
- Walk the last stretch. Sprint+ is for rotating between rooms, not for arriving. Stamina empty in a dead end is a death sentence even if we do not know the damage model.
- Keep a flashlight angle on the floor and the ceiling. Misremembered games hide junk in both. Still lifes in the red-room shot occupy chairs and corners, not only the hallway center.
- Chalk junctions. If you loop, you will notice. Looping while hunted is how people burn Survivor streaks.
- Do not tunnel on Compass pings. Artifact Compass pulls you toward loot. Entity Alert pulls you toward danger. If you own both (Gear+), believe the alert first. Loot does not despawn as fast as you do. Details in find artifacts.
- Use other players as sonar, not shields. A full server is noisy. Someone screaming in chat is information. Standing behind them is not a documented mechanic.
- Leave troll rooms. If building tools suddenly wall a street, that is the Troll Panel, not a new level. Find another path or rejoin. Gamepass updates tracks when that pass shipped (3 September 2026).
Loadout for not dying
Priority if you spend Robux: Flashlight+ and Stamina+, then Entity Alert (via Gear+), then Sprint+. Weapons on Troll Panel are for people who already survived. Rankings: gear tier list and loadout planner.
Codes will not save a bad kiting habit. When they exist they will probably dump cash, which you should still spend on light and stamina. See codes.
What we will not claim
- Named entities (no A-60, no Smiler roster) until the studio or a verifiable clip from this place ID shows them.
- Permadeath. An unrelated lore wiki used that line. This beta sells lasting gear.
- Exact damage, line-of-sight rules, or whether hiding in a still-life cluster works.
When a real gameplay video of this Bloxrooms exists, this page will get the single mid-article embed. Until then, play as if every smiling R6 in a red room might stand up after you turn around.
After you survive
Convert the time you bought into artifacts and cash (how to get cash), then chip away at badges. Curious is almost certainly a secret in a room people sprint past. Walk it.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for Bloxrooms explorers.
Are still lifes hostile in Bloxrooms?
Unknown. The official text says to scout them, separately from surviving entities. Treat them as dangerous exhibits until a patch says otherwise.
Does Entity Alert make me safe?
It only warns. You still need stamina, light, and an exit. It is bundled in Gear+ — see the gamepass tier list.
Can I kill entities?
First Blood implies a kill exists. Troll Panel includes weapons. Whether roaming entities die to those weapons is not documented.
What if another player spawns entities on me?
That is the Troll Panel. Leave the area or the server. Report if it violates Roblox rules.
